ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract:

• Abstract submissions (for oral communications or poster presentations) until October 31st, 2025.

• Abstracts submitted for oral presentation but not accepted may be considered for poster presentation if authors agree.
• Presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. All authors listed in the abstract must have contributed significantly to the work.
• Authors are responsible for the content of the abstracts. If the work, or part of it, has already been accepted or published, the authors are responsible for ensuring that the necessary copyright permissions are obtained.
• The presenting author must register for the event by November 30th, 2025 (to take advantage of the reduced fee) and must be available to participate at the scheduled date and time.
• It is MANDATORY to use the abstract template and submit it in this FORM. Please do not include figures or graphs.
• All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English.
• Content of abstracts cannot be modified or corrected after final submission.
• All abstracts accepted will be published in the abstract book.
• Final decision on whether a submission will be categorized as an oral communication or a poster will be made by the Scientific Committee.
• Notification to authors will be sent by email to the address provided during abstract submission by November 15th, 2025.
